- For technical issues that cannot be resolved, please contact support to discuss options.
6. Ticket Sales & Payment Processing
TicketPayGo facilitates ticket sales on your WordPress website:
- Payment Processing: TicketPayGo integrates with Stripe, PayPal, and Mollie. You are responsible for your own merchant accounts and compliance with payment provider terms.
- No Per-Ticket Fees: TicketPayGo does not charge fees per ticket sold. Payment providers may charge their own transaction fees.
- Direct Payouts: Payments go directly to your payment provider account. Upkyk never handles your ticket revenue.
- Event Management: You are responsible for managing ticket validity, event capacity, and refund policies for your events.
- QR Scanning: The web-based scanner validates tickets against your database. Upkyk is not responsible for scanning failures due to network issues or device incompatibility.
- Apple Wallet: Apple Wallet integration is provided as-is. Upkyk is not responsible for Apple's policies or changes to Wallet functionality.
7. Data Ownership
- All customer and ticket data remains on your own WordPress installation.
- Upkyk does not have access to your customer data, ticket sales, or revenue information.
- You are the data controller for your customers' personal data.
- You are responsible for backing up your data and complying with data protection regulations (GDPR/AVG).
8. Plugin Liability & Compatibility
- TicketPayGo is designed to follow WordPress coding standards and best practices.
- Upkyk is not responsible for conflicts with third-party plugins or themes.
- Users are responsible for testing the plugin on a staging environment before using it for live events.
- Hosting Performance: TicketPayGo runs on your WordPress hosting. Scanner performance depends on your hosting provider's resources. We recommend quality hosting for events with multiple concurrent scanners or high ticket volumes.
- In no event shall Upkyk be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this plugin, including but not limited to lost ticket sales or event disruptions.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from or relating to these T&C shall be resolved in the Dutch courts.
